- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 chicken cube
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Spinach
1. I begin by seasoning the chicken with salt & pepper. Heat some olive oil in a big pan and place the chicken, cook until they begin to get colour (about 5 minutes on each side). Remove from heat.
2. Using the same pan, cook the garlic and once browned (about one minute), add the heavy cream, oregano, stock cube and parmesan cheese. Parmesan & garlic really are a match made in heaven! Combine together and add the spinach. Simmer for a few minutes.
3. Finally, add the chicken and let is soak the sauce for about 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
