1. I begin by boiling the broccoli & sweetcorn in a pot, adding a Vegetable Cube (gluten free) to add some flavour. Grill the chicken breast, cut in cubes and let it cool.
2. Layer the edam cheese slices on top of the tortilla wraps, then add the broccoli & sweetcorn, and the chicken cubes.
3. Carefully wrap the tortilla into pockets and grill for a few minutes until the tortilla is crispy. The cheese inside will melt and turn this into a crispy and cheesy, nutritious snack.
