- 2 cups Oats
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 2/3 cup Honey
- 2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 cup Single cream
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1. The method for this recipe is basically a two-step wonder. Place all ingredients in a bowl, except for the cream and the cocoa powder.
2. I then place the mixture in a dish, pressing down with the back of a spoon. Pack it tight!
3. Prepare the ganache-style topping by whisking together the Elmlea (single) and cocoa powder. Once the chocolate cream is done, pour onto the oats base and let it cool before placing in the fridge to set.
4. Let it set for a couple of hours and then cut into bars. Enjoy!
